Nautilus LifeLine Marine Rescue GPS

The all new Nautilus LifeLine Marine Rescue GPS is less than half the size of the original LifeLine radio unit and is incredibly easy to use too. Simply undo the latch and open, turn on, remove the red distress cap and press the red button. That’s it! Your GPS position accurate to 1.5 metres and a man overboard distress message will be broadcast to all AIS equipped ships up to 55 kilometers / 34 miles away as well as a special DSC message to the marine radio on your own vessel. Your Nautilus LifeLine is also positively buoyant meaning it will float, and the unit is waterproof in all sea conditions when the lid is closed.

What's even better is that the new model Nautilus Lifeline Marine Rescue GPS requires no special training so anyone can use this unit. There are no special dedicated base units required, no subscriptions or service fees. The unit is designed to be used anywhere in the world thanks to its use of universal AIS and DSC technology which is fitted to all modern commercial ships and most yachts which allows for universal worldwide use of the all new Nautilus LifeLine Marine Rescue GPS. Each Nautilus LifeLine Marine Rescue GPS is programmed at the factory with an MID number allowing automatic AIS functionality as soon as your unit is powered up. Your ship's MMSI must be loaded with the simple to use built in optical sensor to activate DSC functionality.

Proudly manufactured in Vancouver, Canada, the Nautilus LifeLine Marine Rescue GPS is positively buoyant meaning that it will float. The unit is also waterproof in all sea conditions, just keep the O-ring clean and you can forget about it for the next 5 years. The unit is powered by 2 x CR-123A LITHIUM 3V batteries which are designed to last for 5 years and can be replaced by the diver without the need to return to the place of purchase. The LifeLine GPS is depth rated to 130 metres / 425 feet with the cap closed and it also comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty included. Also included with this incredible life saving device is a built in Strobe which allows divers to be seen from up to 1km away on the surface and the special Antenna tool. Don't forget to add a Nautilus LifeLine Silicone Pouch to protect your investment when you checkout.

Please Note: The Batteries do not come included with the unit when purchased. Also, the Nautilus LifeLine Marine Rescue GPS does not include the marine radio send and receive functionality of the original Nautilus LifeLine Marine VHF Radio and GPS device. It can only send a distress signal.

LifeLine is a must!

- Feb 04 2016, 14:42 PM

LifeLine is an extraordinary diving tool, best insurance to have when you surface. Diving can be done safely any time, anywhere. My family and I have peace of mind knowing it is with me. LifeLine is a must! I will NEVER again dive without it.

I've done over 3000 dives and have had a few occasions of getting caught in a current or the fog rolling in, not being able to see the boat. This causes a fair amount of anxiety, especially since I've read stories about divers getting lost at sea. As soon as I heard about the Nautilus Lifeline 3 years ago and it's ability to broadcast my GPS location, it was a no brainer for me, I had to have it. I dive all over the world and knowing that with my Nautilus Lifeline I can transmit my GPS location, gives me great peace of mind. I'm a technical diver doing deep dives to over 100 meters, so the Lifeline's depth rating of 130 metres is another big plus. Although unlikely, the idea of being lost at sea does not appeal to me, I'd rather invest in my peace of mind.
