Oceanic BCD Tank Band & Buckle Strap Set

The Oceanic BCD Tank Band has been designed to hold your scuba cylinder in place on your BCD without any annoying tank slipping. This item includes the buckle and strap set too, so all you'll have to do is thread it into your BCD backplate and you'll be ready to go. The Oceanic BCD Tank Band and Buckle Strap Set can be used on any brand of BCD or harness setup and is ideal for replacing worn out tank bands. This Oceanic BCD Tank Band Strap features a strong Delrin cam buckle and a marine grade stainless steel closure to ensure many years of long reliable life and ensures that tank slippage is a thing of the past. This item also includes an easy to use numeric guide stamped on the buckle itself to aid in correct threading of the buckle assembly.

Oceanic Australia Product Warranty

Oceanic Australia offers product warranty for all Oceanic product purchased in Australia from an Authorised Dealer. If you purchase your product outside of Australia, it will not be covered by wartranty in Australia and a service charge will be levied if warranty or normal service is required. You can alternatively return it to the original point of purchase for service. 

Hardware Warranty Period

All Oceanic, Aeris and Hollis Hardware, comprising Regulators, Octopus Regulators (Octo's), Buoyancy Compensators (BC's), Wings, Personal Dive Computers(PDC’s) and Analogue Gauges, when purchased from an Authorised Australian Dealer, are provided with a 1 year Warranty. This 1 year warranty will cover against any defects in materials, workmanship and performance to product specifications. For specific product warranty details, please refer to what the Warranty actually covers below.

Hardware Warranty Upgrade

All Oceanic, Aeris and Hollis Hardware, comprising Regulators, Octopus Regulators (Octo's), Buoyancy Compensators (BC's) and Wings, when purchased from an Authorised Australian Dealer, can have their warranty upgraded to a Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW). This LLW will will cover against any defects in materials, workmanship and performance to product specifications for the life of the product. Digital Instrumentation is provided with a 5 year Limited Warranty. For specific product warranty details, please refer to What the Warranty actually covers below.

For Oceanic Regulators and Octo's, this Warranty also covers free annual service parts for life. Obviously some common sense conditions apply. 

Conditions for Hardware Warranty Upgrade

1.The product details must be registered with Oceanic Australia within 30 days of purchase. This registration should be completed On-Line, by you or the Dealer, or by completing and returning to Oceanic Australia the Warranty Registration form provided by your Authorised Oceanic Australia Dealer. You can register your product On-Line here. Note that it is the consumers responsibility to ensure that the product is registered.

2.The product must only be used as intended for normal recreational purposes.

3.All products must be serviced annually by an authorised Oceanic, Aeris or Hollis Service Technician. This warranty upgrade is null and void if such regular annual service is not performed.

4.For Oceanic Regulators and Octos, Oceanic Australia and your authorised Oceanic Australia Dealer will provide all overhaul service parts at no charge. Any parts required other than overhaul service parts are the responsibility of the owner of the product serviced. These exceptions are described in What the Warranty actually covers below. 

5.All labour fees included in annual service are the responsibility of the owner of the product serviced.

6.This warranty shall be void if the equipment has been tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Oceanic Australia to perform such service.

7.The warranty is non transferable and extends to the original purchaser only.

8.Normal wear and tear as determined by age and usage is excluded from the Oceanic, Aeris or Hollis Limited Lifetime Warranty.

9.To maintain this Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must show proof of purchase and proof of authorised annual service.

Software and Warm Wear Warranty Period

All Oceanic, Aeris, Hollis, Pinnacle, Princeton Tec, McNett, Rob Allen, Ocean Hunter and Ocean Pro Software and Warm Wear, comprising Masks, Snorkels, Fins, Wetsuits, Hoods, Vests, Boots, Gloves, Drysuits, Spear Guns and Accessories, when purchased from an Authorised Australian Dealer, under normal recreational use, is provided with a one (1) year Warranty to cover against defects in materials, workmanship and performance to product specifications. Obviously some common sense conditions apply.

Software and Warm Wear Warranty Conditions

1.Warranty coverage for the above mentioned products will only apply to products accompanied by proof of purchase from an Authorised Australian Dealer.

2.The product must only be used as intended for normal recreational purposes.

3.The product warranty does not cover loss, or damage due to accident, abuse, tampering, lack of maintenance, exposure to excessive temperature, extended sunlight or deteriorating chemicals.

4.This warranty shall be void if the equipment has been tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by Oceanic Australia to perform such service.

5.Normal wear and tear as determined by age and usage is excluded from the 1 year Warranty.

6.To maintain this one year Warranty, you must show proof of purchase. If returned for service, your product should be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.
