Geelong Dive Centre “No Worries” Returns Policy
Our customers are important to us and that is why we happily offer a “No Worries” Returns Policy. We want you to be stoked with your products and the service that we provide. We're happy to provide a 30 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for any items purchased in-store or online. All items may be returned for exchange only so please choose carefully before you buy. Please note delivery charges do apply and are non-refundable. 1. I would like to exchange an item, how do I send it back?
Pack up the items that you would like to be exchanged securely and then place in a post bag. Make sure you use registered post in order to track delivery as we are not liable for anything which goes missing during transit. Please include with your package the following:
·         Detailed note as to the reasons of the exchange
·         Copy of the Tax Invoice receipt
·         Details on what you would like the item exchanged with
·         Include a spare ‘post bag’ with tracking for return delivery or if you prefer us to arrange the delivery we can contact you for payment
·         If your items are used or damaged, you must call us first asap on (03) 5221 3342, do not just return the items as we may need to get additional information for you.

2. There is an item missing from my order?
If an item is on back order we may be waiting for a delivery from our supplier which we will usually inform you of prior to delivery. If for some reason you have not been informed and an item is missing from your order, please call us as soon as possible with your receipt number on (03) 5221 3342.
 
3. My item is the wrong size?
You can simply exchange your item for a different size. For more information on how to do this please refer to the first step.
 
4. Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order hasn’t been processed, there is no problem with cancelling your order. However, if your items have already been shipped it will be too late.
 
5. Can I get a refund on an item?
All Purchases are made subject to the law of the Commonwealth of Australia and We fully abide by the Trade Practices Act. As stated in Fair Trade Retail Law, we only offer a refund for the item if the goods are deemed faulty. This may be decided by us or may need to be by the manufacturer/importer. A poor choice in selection or a change of mind does not qualify for a refund. If you are unable to find a suitable exchange at the time a credit note or gift voucher can be issued for a later date.

6. Can I change my order?
We will do our very best in order to accommodate your request as long as your order hasn’t already been processed. Please call us as soon as possible on (03) 5221 3342 and quote your order reference number.
 
7. My order has been damaged during delivery?
Please call our customer service department as soon as possible (03) 5221 3342 and quote your receipt number. Do not return the items until you have spoken to one of our customer service representatives.
 
8. My order doesn't work properly?

9. Can I return or exchange a clearance item?
All purchases made on clearance items or Facebook promotions are one offs and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged due to a limited supply of stock.
 
10. Can I exchange an item that was bought using a gift voucher?
Of course, as long as you can present the Tax Invoice receipt as well as ensure that the item being returned is new, unused, unwashed and in original packaging with swing tickets attached.
